Position: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Promantra Projects Pvt. Ltd., an A-Class Licensed Fire Protection System Integrator, is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth across Maharashtra.

Key Responsibilities
Generate current business enquiries for Fire Protection & Life Safety Systems.
Develop business with industrial clients, EPC contractors, consultants, PMCs, architects, and government organizations.
Identify upcoming industrial and commercial projects through market intelligence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
Promote the company's capabilities in Fire Hydrant, Sprinkler, Foam, MVWS, Fire Alarm & Detection, Gas Suppression, and Fire NOC Consultancy.
Coordinate with the estimation and technical teams for proposal preparation and tender submissions.
Conduct technical presentations and client meetings.
Track enquiries from lead generation to order finalization.




Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Prepare periodic business development reports and market feedback.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or MBA in Marketing.
5–10 years of experience in Business Development or Industrial Sales.
Experience in Fire Protection Systems, MEP, HVAC, Industrial EPC, or Building Services will be preferred.
Strong network with consultants, PMCs, industries, and EPC contractors is an added advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel across Maharashtra.
