Role Overview

We are seeking a builder-first AI Product Management Intern to help shape and ship intelligent, AI-powered experiences across Ketto’s platform and internal tools.

This is not a passive PM role — you will actively build, prototype, test, and iterate on AI features, working closely with product, engineering, design, and data teams.

Identify opportunities for AI across the user journey
Rapidly prototype solutions using code, APIs, and tools

Key Responsibilities

Work with senior product managers to understand user needs, market trends, and business goals — and identify where AI can create step-change improvements.
Build and prototype AI-powered features using APIs (LLMs, automation tools, workflows) to validate ideas quickly before full-scale development.
Assist in defining product roadmaps, gathering requirements, and creating detailed specifications for AI and non-AI features.
Collaborate with design and development teams to take prototypes into production-ready features.
Support data analysis and experimentation — track product performance, AI output quality, and user behaviour.
Help define evaluation metrics for AI systems (accuracy, relevance, latency, user satisfaction).
Engage in user feedback sessions and translate findings into actionable insights and product improvements.
