The role in one line
You are the human being a customer talks to when their money is on the line. That is not a small job.

What you'll do
Guide the wealth journey
Walk users through KYC, bank verification and auto-debit mandate setup — the biggest drop-off point in our funnel
Explain how daily auto-invest works, and why portfolio value moves from day to day
Handle "should I pause,



increase or stop my daily investment" conversations with judgement, not a script
Explain redemption timelines and cut-off timings in plain Hindi or English — never in jargon

Guide the credit line journey
Explain how borrowing against a portfolio works: what gets pledged, what stays invested, how the limit is calculated, how repayment works
Take users from application through pledge, withdrawal, repayment and closure
Handle the hard conversations — when markets fall and collateral value drops, when a top-up is required, when repayment is due
Explain interest clearly enough that no user is ever surprised by a number
Coordinate with our lending partners on application status, disbursal, and closure

Own the customer relationship end to end
Run in-app chat, WhatsApp, email, and phone. First response within SLA, every time
Log every issue properly and completely
Escalate what you can't resolve, quick, with
