The Business Relationship Management will be responsible for leading the Global BRM practice at R1, ensuring the development, governance, and delivery of business relationship management across the enterprise. They will lead a team that understands business strategies and capabilities for our Revenue Cycle Operations, Solutions & Strategy, and Corporate environments and systems. Responsibilities:



Work as IT Business Relationship manager In India and own executive-level relationships and serves as a single point of focus, working to converge functions such as IT, HR, finance, etc., and one or more lines of business or value streams Understanding of business demand across business functions like IT, human resources, finance, legal, etc., and ensures that the potential business. Willing and able to perform a variety of work and to function as a project manager when required. Work with business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand business strategies and develop plans for each business function/geography. Document and seek agreement on business pain points as well as current and future state capabilities and gaps. Work with SMEs to identify critical vs. nice-to-have functionality to promote re-use of existing solutions (application rationalization) and process alignment.
