The Talent and People Partner will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, shaping people’s strategies that support business growth, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, talent acquisition, and workplace culture. The role will also oversee local office operations to ensure a seamless employee experience from onboarding through growth opportunities. Provide trusted local HR support to employees and managers while ensuring effective execution of people processes, employee experience initiatives, and HR operations across India.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Talent Acquisition
Own end-to-end recruitment across assigned business functions from requisition creation through onboarding.




Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
Source and attract high-quality candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, referrals, social platforms, and networking.
Conduct candidate screening, interview coordination, offer management, and candidate engagement activities.
Track and analyze recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, offer acceptance), market trends, and sourcing effectiveness to continuously improve hiring outcomes and inform recruitment strategies.
Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
Talent Advisory & Stakeholder Management
Act as a trusted talent advisor to business leaders and hiring managers.
Support workforce planning discussions through talent and market insights.
Provide data-driven recommendations on talent availability, hiring strategies, and retention risks.
