Mandatory expectation for all roles as per Syngene safety guidelines
Biologics Upstream research and development, Upstream process Optimization and characterization, technology transfer to GMP facility.
Author the technical document related to Upstream process development
Actively involve in scale-up and technology transfer to GMP manufacturing.
Author, review protocols, reports, scale up & scale down studies, tech transfer documents, deviation and executed Batch records.
Regular documentation of experiments contemporaneously in electronic lab notebook.
Compilation of experimental data for further evaluation.
Authoring technical reports and communicating the key findings.
Participating in the weekly team meetings.
Work closely with cross functional teams and contribute to knowledge sharing, best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance in issuance of lab notebooks and archival of records such as logbooks, lab notebooks, protocols, reports, documents in electronic management system.
Well versed with TrackWise or similar QMS systems
