We are seeking Senior Product Engineer with solid techno-functional expertise in Finacle 10.x to support Retail Loans transformation initiatives. The role involves managing business requirements, leading stakeholder engagement, delivering Finacle enhancements, and providing technical guidance across the Retail Loans lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Techno-Functional Consulting

Manage business requirements across Finacle Retail Loans modules.
Provide technical and functional expertise throughout the Retail Loans lifecycle.
Analyze business needs and translate them into effective Finacle solutions.
Support implementation of enhancements and issue resolution.

Delivery & Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams.
Lead delivery planning, milestone tracking, and solution governance.




Manage stakeholder expectations and project communication.
Ensure timely execution of Finacle initiatives.

Leadership & Continuous Improvement

Mentor delivery teams and support knowledge sharing.
Drive continuous improvements across Retail Loans platforms.
Maintain technical documentation and solution standards.
Promote Agile delivery and best engineering practices.
