Responsibilities
Provide legal counsel on corporate governance, business operations, regulatory compliance, and strategic transactions.
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of corporate and commercial agreements, including service agreements, vendor contracts, partnership agreements,



shareholder agreements, NDAs, and licensing arrangements.
Support corporate transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, fundraising rounds, restructuring, and due diligence processes.
Advise leadership and internal stakeholders on legal risks, compliance obligations, and business strategy from a legal perspective.
Prepare and maintain corporate records, board resolutions, governance documents, and statutory filings to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Assist with entity formation, corporate structuring, and management of domestic and international subsidiaries.
Monitor and interpret relevant laws, regulations, and corporate governance developments, providing proactive legal recommendations.
Collaborate with finance, HR, operations, and external counsel on employment matters, compliance issues, and contractual obligations.
