The Role

This role carries a dual mandate. Internally, you are the Product Owner for your domain module - defining features, owning the roadmap, and collaborating with engineering to build a product grounded in real enterprise practice. Externally, you are the Product Champion - guiding enterprise customers through deployment and helping them configure the platform to their specific context. You do not need to be a software developer. You must be digitally fluent, comfortable with enterprise software ecosystems,



and genuinely curious about how AI and automation are reshaping your domain.

What You'll Own - Product

Define and own the HR & Workforce module roadmap - covering talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, workforce planning, and employee experience
Translate HR domain expertise into feature specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams
Benchmark the module against leading HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) and identify differentiation opportunities
Define how AI capabilities - predictive attrition, skills gap analysis, workforce forecasting - integrate into the module
Validate product decisions through practitioner research and pilot customer feedback loops
