The Role

This role carries a dual mandate. Internally, you are the Product Owner for your domain module - defining features, owning the roadmap, and collaborating with engineering to build a product grounded in real enterprise practice. Externally, you are the Product Champion - guiding enterprise customers through deployment and helping them configure the platform to their specific context. You do not need to be a software developer. You must be digitally fluent, comfortable with enterprise software ecosystems,



and genuinely curious about how AI and automation are reshaping your domain.

What You'll Own - Product

Define and own the Sales, Revenue & Customer Management module roadmap - covering pipeline management, account management, revenue operations, customer lifecycle, contract management, and AI-driven revenue forecasting
Translate enterprise B2B sales and revenue models into platform features that address the complexity of large deal and account management
Define AI capabilities: win probability scoring, revenue intelligence, churn risk, customer health scoring, and deal coaching
Benchmark against CRM and revenue intelligence platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Gong, Clari, Highspot) and define differentiation
Own the product backlog and write feature specifications in collaboration with engineering and design
