The Role

This role carries a dual mandate. Internally, you are the Product Owner for your domain module - defining features, owning the roadmap, and collaborating with engineering to build a product grounded in real enterprise practice. Externally, you are the Product Champion - guiding enterprise customers through deployment and helping them configure the platform to their specific context. You do not need to be a software developer. You must be digitally fluent, comfortable with enterprise software ecosystems,



and genuinely curious about how AI and automation are reshaping your domain.

What You'll Own - Product

Define and own the Supply Chain & Procurement module roadmap - covering demand planning, sourcing, supplier management, inventory management, and logistics visibility
Translate end-to-end supply chain processes into platform features that serve both manufacturing and service sector enterprises
Define AI capabilities: demand sensing, supply risk scoring, autonomous procurement recommendations, supplier intelligence
Benchmark against leading SCM platforms (SAP SCM, Oracle SCM, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, Coupa) and identify differentiation opportunities
Own the feature backlog, write functional specifications, and validate with pilot customers
