About The Role

Safcurl Technologies is looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager to drive customer acquisition for our restaurant technology platform. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience selling POS software, restaurant SaaS products, payment solutions, or onboarding restaurants to platforms like Swiggy or Zomato. This role involves prospecting, client meetings, product demonstrations, negotiations, closing deals, and managing long-term customer relationships. We're looking for professionals who thrive in quick-paced startup environments and are passionate about building meaningful customer relationships while exceeding ambitious sales targets.

Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and acquire new restaurant and hospitality businesses.
Conduct product demonstrations and solution presentations.
Sell restaurant technology solutions including POS, SaaS, and related products.
Generate leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and outbound outreach.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and successfully close sales.




Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with onboarding and customer success teams for seamless implementation.
Develop strong relationships with restaurant owners and key decision-makers.
Track competitor activities and provide market insights.
Represent Safcurl at exhibitions, networking events, and industry meetings.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Restaurant POS, Restaurant SaaS, Food Delivery Platform Onboarding, Hospitality Software, or B2B Technology Sales.
Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Malayalam.
Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle.
Comfortable with field sales and frequent client meetings.
