Business Analyst – Investment Management Transformation & Innovation

Overview

We are seeking high-performing professionals with a strong Investment Management, Asset Management, Wealth Management, or Capital Markets background to join a strategic transformation and innovation team. The role will focus on identifying and shaping opportunities to transform investment operations through AI, automation, emerging technologies, and operating model innovation.

The ideal candidate will combine domain expertise with strong analytical, problem-solving, research, and stakeholder management capabilities to help drive strategic initiatives and deliver business value.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse investment management operating models and identify opportunities for transformation, automation, and operational efficiency.

Evaluate business processes across front, middle, and back-office functions and recommend future-state operating models.

Conduct industry research on market trends, emerging technologies, AI, digital assets,



and evolving investment management practices.

Translate business challenges into high-value transformation initiatives and actionable business cases. Partner with business, operations, and technology stakeholders to assess, prioritize, and support strategic initiatives.

Support innovation programs, proof-of-concepts, and strategic assessments from ideation through implementation.

Track industry developments, competitive trends, and best practices to inform business and transformation strategies.

Required Experience

3-7 years of experience in Asset Management, Investment Management, Wealth Management, Capital Markets, Asset Servicing, Financial Services Consulting, or related transformation and strategy roles.
Full-time MBA/PGDM from a premier institution, preferably an IIM.
Robust understanding of one or more of the following:
Investment Operations
Fund Accounting
Asset Servicing
Trad
