Core Tasks & Responsibilities
• Attend and resolve day-to-day maintenance service requests
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance across the property
• Inspect and maintain public area fixtures, fittings, and equipment
• Support electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and polishing works as required
• Assist the shift in-charge with scheduled maintenance activities
• Ensure all work is completed safely and as per operational standards
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in positive condition
• Respond promptly to breakdowns and operational issues
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the Engineering Manager or Shift In-charge
