Creative Studio by TLS Group is looking for an experienced and well-connected Sales Executive to join our growing marketing agency. We are seeking a professional with 2–3 years of proven experience in a marketing, branding, advertising, or digital marketing agency who has a strong network of existing clients and a demonstrated ability to generate current business.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive / Business Development Executive based in Gurugram. What We’re Looking For
• 2–3 years of sales or business development experience in a digital marketing agency.
• Strong relationships with business owners, corporate clients, or decision-makers.
• Ability to leverage existing client relationships to generate business opportunities.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Confident in pitching marketing solutions and closing high-value deals.
• Self-driven, ambitious, and passionate about business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate new business through your professional network and market outreach.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Identify client marketing needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
• Work closely with the creative and digital teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. (3X minimum)
