About The Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and software developers by analyzing system workflows, producing detailed technical specifications, and ensuring data accuracy across analytics reporting dashboards.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct workshops with client stakeholders to analyze business requirements and system capabilities.
Write detailed functional specifications, system integration maps, and precise UML diagrams.
Perform SQL data queries and build analytical dashboards (Tableau/Excel) to track product performance metrics.
Assist QA squads in formulating integration test cases, ensuring system conditions are fully verified.
Manage documentation libraries in Confluence,
ensuring functional architectures are kept up-to-date.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting web application or enterprise data projects.
Proficient in writing SQL queries to retrieve, join, and analyze complex database structures.
Robust visual modeling skills, including creating data flows, workflow diagrams, and UML architectures.
Outstanding analytical problem-solving skills and structured documentation practices.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills to bridge commercial goals with technical deliverables.
