About The Role

As a Senior Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow to embed directly with client teams, map manual business workflows, and design, build, and deploy custom AI-agent-powered solutions. In this forward-deployed role, you will own the entire lifecycle of an automation project—from initial discovery and requirement gathering through to production deployment and continuous iteration—working directly with non-technical stakeholders with minimal direction.

Responsibilities





Client Discovery & Process Mapping: Embed with client teams to shadow, analyze, and decompose complex manual business workflows into modular, scalable AI-agent pipelines
End-to-End Ownership: Lead the complete lifecycle of AI solutions—discovery, system architecture, development, deployment, evaluation, and iteration.
Agent & Workflow Engineering: Architect, build, and optimize multi-agent networks, tool integrations, and reusable agent skills
Enterprise Integration: Connect AI workflows to client enterprise infrastructure, including unstructured document processors, internal databases, and third-party tools (SharePoint, Email, Jira, SAP)
Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable solutions for non-technical stakeholders, driving adoption and gathering actionable feedback

Requirements

Software Engineering Background: Proven track record in core software development, Python backend
