Job Title: General Manager
Location: Mumbai HO (Chandivali) (with oversight of
Mumbai & the nearby region)
Department: Project Management – Residential High -Rise
Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced person from Construction civil
background to take charge of all project management/ monitoring activities
for our clients residential high -rise projects across Mumbai and in the
surrounding regions. This role requires a senior leader with strong civil
engineering expertise, hands -on project execution capability, and an excellent
track record in managing or monitoring multiple sites simultaneously.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Senior Project
Manager/General Manager with deep knowledge in AutoCAD, project estimation,
quantity surveying, construction operations, concrete works, and end -to -end
project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
1. Regional Project Leadership
- Oversee
residential high -rise projects across Mumbai and adjoining areas.
- Provide
technical and managerial oversight to site teams, contractors, and
consultants.
- Ensure
all projects are executed as per design, schedule, cost and quality
standards.
2. Project Planning, Scheduling & Monitoring
- Review
project schedules in coordination with planning teams.
- Track
progress vs baseline and drive corrective action plans to avoid delays.
- Oversee
execution of civil, structural, finishing, and façade works.
3. Cost Management & Quantity Control
- Review
project budget, estimates, BOQs, and quantity surveying outputs.
- Control
project costs, prevent overruns, and manage variations/claims.
4. Technical Expertise & Quality Assurance
- Review
and validate technical drawings (structural, architectural, MEP) using
AutoCAD.
- Conduct
site inspections to monitor workmanship, material quality, and safety
practices.
- Ensure
compliance with quality standards, IS codes, and statutory requirements.
5. Contractor & Consultant Coordination
- Manage
relationships with project consultants, architects, structural engineers,
and PMCs.
- Lead
coordination meetings and ensure closure of action points.
- Evaluate
contractor performance and support vendor selection.
6. Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act
as the primary point of contact for clients for all project -related
updates.
- Present
project status, risk reports, and progress dashboards to leadership.
- Resolve
escalations related to timelines, technical clarifications, and site
challenges.
7. Team Leadership
- Lead
a team of project managers, engineers, supervisors, QS/billing staff, and
safety officers.
- Mentor
and build capability within the project management team.
- Ensure
adoption of company project workflows and documentation standards.
8. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain
detailed project documentation including MOMs, inspection reports, and
trackers.
- Oversee
preparation of DPRs, WPRs, MPRs, and cost reports.
- Ensure
all drawings, approvals, and contract documents are updated and organized.
