We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh engineering graduates who are eager to learn, develop technical skills, and build a successful career in the industry.

Key Responsibilities


- Assist in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining projects

- Work closely with senior engineers and team members

- Participate in training programs and technical workshops

- Support project execution and documentation activities

- Analyze technical issues and provide solutions

- Follow company standards, processes, and best practices

- Prepare reports and maintain project records





- Learn and adapt to new technologies and tools


Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech / BE)

- Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience

- Basic understanding of engineering concepts

- Valuable communication and teamwork skills

- Strong analytical and problem -solving abilities

- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast -paced environment


Preferred Skills (Optional)

- Knowledge of programming languages or technical tools relevant to the role

- Internship or academic project experience

- Basic understanding of industry practices and technologies
