We are looking for a skilled and reliable Coffee Machine Technician responsible for installation, servicing, and repair of coffee and vending machines at client locations. The role requires hands -on technical expertise, troubleshooting ability, and customer interaction skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and commission coffee/vending machines at client sites
- Perform routine maintenance including cleaning, descaling, and calibration
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues
- Replace faulty components such as pumps, boilers, valves, and grinders
- Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize machine downtime
- Respond to breakdown/service calls on time
- Test machines post -service to ensure proper functioning and quality output
- Provide basic training to clients on machine usage and maintenance
- Maintain service records and report issues to the supervisor

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma / ITI in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field (preferred)
- 6 months–5 years of experience in servicing vending machines / appliances / equipment
- Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
- Robust troubleshooting and problem -solving skills
- Hands -on experience with tools and diagnostic equipment
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Willingness to travel within the assigned location
