Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage existing accounts to achieve sales targets through effective communication, negotiation, and relationship -building with clients.

- Identify new business opportunities by prospecting for potential customers and developing strategies to acquire recent clients.

- Collaborate with internal teams (pre -sales, delivery) to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.

- Develop a deep understanding of IT products/services offered by the company to communicate the value proposition to customers effectively.

- Stay up -to -date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategy.

- Face -to -face interactions help in establishing stronger and more personal relationships with clients, increasing trust and rapport.

- Meeting preparation and delivering appropriate presentations on products and services.





- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with the internal teams.

- Maintain client relationships and provide after -sales support.

- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and provide feedback on market conditions.

- Prepare reports on sales activities and outcomes.
