RU’s residential campus drives innovation. The School of Entrepreneurship seeks an Assistant Professor of Finance to empower students with financial acumen for entrepreneurial success.

Roles and Responsibilities



1. Teaching and Mentorship: Teach financial management, investment analysis, and startup funding, inspiring fiscal discipline.

2. Industry Engagement: Draw on finance industry experience to create practical exercises,



like venture capital simulations.

3. Curriculum Development: Design finance courses integrating fintech and entrepreneurial finance.

4. Research: Publish on financial innovations, such as crowdfunding or blockchain in finance.

5. Student Support: Guide students on financial modelling during office hours and workshops.

6. Administrative Contribution: Organise finance -focused events and industry collaborations.


Education & Experience Required


- PhD or Master’s in various domains of Technology or related fields.

- 3 -5 years of industry experience in banking, investment, or fintech.

- Solid analytical and communication skills.

- Alignment with RU’s impact -driven mission.
