- Managing manpower, supervisors, and workers.

- Ensuring quality control and timely project completion.

- Monitoring material consumption and inventory.

- Implementing safety standards and factory compliance.

- Coordination with clients, vendors, and project teams.

- Cost control, productivity improvement, and reporting to management.

Requirements

- Diploma/B.E. Mechanical / Production Engineering.

- Experience in fabrication, signboard, structural steel, or engineering manufacturing units.

- Robust knowledge of steel fabrication, welding, and structural works.

- Ability to manage factory operations and workforce.

- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.

- Leadership, problem-solving, and planning skills.

- Bond Period: Minimum 1 Year (if applicable by company policy)
