Job Title: Engineer – Order Execution (Operations & Planning)

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Engineer
– Order Execution to support operations and planning activities. The
candidate will be responsible for coordinating with internal departments to
ensure smooth order processing, production planning, and timely execution of
customer orders.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in end -to -end order execution from order
confirmation to dispatch.

- Coordinate with sales, planning, production, purchase, and
quality teams for smooth order processing.

- Support production planning and scheduling based on
order requirements.

- Track order status and update order execution reports and
MIS.

- Ensure material availability coordination with the
purchase and stores team.

- Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely completion of




production activities.

- Assist in preparing dispatch plans and delivery schedules.

- Maintain proper documentation related to orders, planning,
and execution.

- Report operational issues or delays and support in resolving
them.


Key Skills Required

- Basic understanding of production planning and order
execution processes.

- Valuable coordination and communication skills.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Knowledge of MS Excel and basic MIS reporting.

- Experience in manufacturing industry is preferred.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical
Engineering or related field.
