Story Writer and Content Creator (Marketing + Short-Form Drama + Film)

About the role

We’re hiring an Content Creator to help us produce short stories in Hindi and English. You must be fluent in Hindi and English

After the stories are created we will create three types of videos: (1) marketing videos , (2) short-form dramas , and (3) full-length movies .

You don’t need prior AI tool experience—we’ll train you on our AI video workflows and tools. What’s essential is creative taste: you’re a strong storyteller with a sharp sense of what makes a script and video feel “real,” engaging, and high quality.

What you’ll make

- Marketing videos: ads, trailers, product promos, landing-page videos, social growth assets
- Short-form dramas: episodic content (30–180 seconds), cliffhangers, character arcs, dialogue, pacing
- Movies: longer narrative projects—story development, scene planning, visual continuity, edits, polish

Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end creation: concept → script → storyboard/shot list → AI scene generation → editing → final delivery
- Write and revise scripts (hooks, structure, dialogue, emotional beats, endings)
- Translate scripts into shot-by-shot plans and maintain visual consistency across scenes
- Direct AI generation to achieve continuity (characters, locations, tone, style) through iteration
- Edit for cinematic pacing: sound, music, VO, subtitles, transitions, color/texture consistency
- Produce multiple variations (especially for marketing) and refine based on performance feedback
- Build reusable templates:



ad structures, trailer formats, episode beats, scene checklist, QC pipeline

Core requirements (must-have)
- Robust storytelling and writing ability (structure, dialogue, pacing, emotion)
- High creative taste: you can recognize what looks polished vs. amateur
- Video editing skill or the ability to learn quickly (timing, rhythm, subtitles, sound)
- Organized production mindset (can manage assets, versions, scenes, revisions)
- Comfort with iteration and feedback (you can improve fast)

Nice-to-have (not required)
- Experience with AI video tools (e.g., Veo , Runway, Pika, Luma)
- Film/TV background: storyboarding, directing, continuity, sound design
- Motion graphics or design (thumbnails, titles, compositing)
- Experience writing short drama or episodic series

We will train you
- AI video tools + workflows (text-to-video, image-to-video, scene extension, upscaling)
- Prompting and iteration techniques for quality + continuity
- Our production system (templates, shot library, asset management, QC checklist)

What success looks like (first 60–90 days)
- Ship consistent marketing videos with improving performance and polish
- Deliver at least one strong short-form drama episode (or mini-arc)
- Contribute to a larger film project: scenes that match style and continuity
- Document repeatable processes (formats, templates, prompts, checklists)
