We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and versatile Sales Associate to join our boutique team. In this all-rounder role, you will be the face of our silver jewelry brandmanaging end-to-end sales, delivering personalized client experiences both in-store and virtually, and handling customer communication across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

In-Store Sales & Client Assistance: Welcome walk-in customers, understand their tastes, present jewelry collections thoughtfully, and guide them toward the perfect purchase.

Virtual Consultations: Host one-on-one video calls for remote clients to walk them through our collections, answer queries, and show jewelry details up close.

WhatsApp & Query Management: Respond promptly and professionally to product inquiries, pricing questions, and order updates on WhatsApp and social channels.

Customer Relationship Management: Build lasting relationships with clients,



maintain clear communication, and deliver exceptional service to encourage repeat visits.

Store & Stock Upkeep: Help manage inventory displays, ensure products are presented neatly, and assist in daily operational flow.

Qualifications & Requirements

Language Skills: Conversational proficiency in English and Hindi/Local Language. Transparent and polished communication is essential for client interactions.

Sales & Customer Service: Prior experience in retail sales, jewelry, or customer-facing roles is preferred.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable operating smartphones/tablets for WhatsApp business chats, video calls, and product photo sharing.

Proactive Mindset: Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to step up whenever needed without constant supervision.
