- Responsibilities1. Inventory &
- Material Management

- Maintain optimal stock levels of raw materials (microcontrollers, MOSFETs, transformers, copper cables, sheet metal cabinets) and consumables (solder paste, thermal grease, flux, packaging material).

- Ensure strict implementation of FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and FEFO principles for all components to prevent aging and degradation.

- Conduct regular physical stock verification, continuous cycle counts, and annual audits to maintain 99%+ inventory accuracy.

- Implement proper storage norms for ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) sensitive electronic components in climate-controlled / dry-storage conditions.

2. Inwarding, Kitting &

- Shop Floor Issue

- Oversee material receiving (GRN generation), physical verification against Purchase Orders (PO), and coordination with Quality Control (IQC) for testing approval.

- Supervise the daily Kitting process for Surface Mount Technology (SMT), Through-Hole/Manual Insertion (MI), and final assembly lines according to the Production Planning Control (PPC) schedule.

- Ensure zero downtime on production lines due to material shortages or misplaced inventory.

3. Dispatch &

- Outbound Logistics

- Coordinate packing, labeling, and dispatch of finished inverters, solar PCUs, and spare parts as per customer/distributor orders.





- Generate e-Way bills, delivery challans, invoices, and packing lists accurately.

- Handle coordination with freight forwarders, transporters, and logistics partners to ensure secure and timely deliveries.

Documentation &

- ERP

- Maintain real-time stock updates in ERP systems (SAP / Tally / Custom Manufacturing ERP).

- Maintain complete records of scrap, defective components (RTV - Return to Vendor), repairable PCBs, and job-work returns.

- track and manage rejected/damaged inventory during transit or production.

5. Team Leadership &

- Safety Standards

- Supervise, train, and allocate duties to store helpers, picker/packers, and forklift operators.

- Maintain high standards of 5S, warehouse ergonomics, safety compliance, and fire prevention protocols.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Stock Accuracy: Percentage match between ERP system records and physical inventory.

- Kitting On-Time In-Full (OTIF): Timely issuance of complete bill-of-materials (BOM) to assembly lines.

- GRN Processing Time: Turnaround time from material arrival to quality posting and binning.

- Scrap &
- Damage Control:

Reduction of handling losses and ESD damage rates.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹41,000.00 per month
