Job Opening: Store Manager

Salary: Up to ₹35,000 CTC per month

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store in Ranchi. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the Eyewear, Watches, Jewellery, or Luxury Retail industry and possess strong leadership, sales, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently.
- Drive sales performance and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise store staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain store visual merchandising standards.
- Monitor inventory, stock movement, and replenishment.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and operational procedures.
- Manage cash handling, billing, and store audits.

Requirements

Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
- Experience in Eyewear, Watches, Jewellery,



Fashion Accessories, or Luxury Retail is mandatory.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing retail operations.
