Job Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day store operations and inventory.

- Receive and verify incoming materials for quality, quantity, and expiry.

- Ensure proper implementation of FIFO & FEFO practices.

- Maintain stock inward, outward, and kitchen issue records.

- Conduct physical stock verification and stock reconciliation.

- Monitor minimum, maximum, and reorder stock levels.

- Control food wastage, damaged, and expired inventory.

- Manage chilled, frozen, and dry storage areas.

- Coordinate with the Purchase, Kitchen, and Operations teams.

- Verify GRNs, invoices, and maintain stock registers.

- Prepare daily and monthly inventory reports.

- Maintain inventory of food items, packaging materials, and cleaning supplies.

- Prevent stock pilferage and inventory shrinkage.

- Forecast stock requirements based on production needs.

- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
