- Orders Greet walk-in customers and explain laundry or dry cleaning pricing. Receive, tag, and log incoming garments into the tracking system. Answer inquiries and resolve customer complaints quickly. Coordinate garment pickups and timely drop-offs. Quality &
- Inventory Control Inspect washed, dry-cleaned, and ironed clothes for quality assurance. Track stock levels of packing materials and detergents. Reorder supplies and log daily transaction and attendance reports. Sales &
