Key duties include hiring and training employees, maintaining visual merchandising standards, implementing promotional strategies, and ensuring compliance with safety and company policies.

Core Responsibilities

- Operations Management: Overseeing daily opening/closing, ensuring store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies.
- Sales and Performance: Driving sales to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets by analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) like conversion rates and average transaction value.
- Staff Leadership: training, scheduling, and mentoring employees to build a motivated and high-performing team.




- Inventory Control: Managing stock levels, conducting inventory audits, reducing shrinkage, and coordinating with suppliers for replenishment.
- Customer Experience: Resolving customer complaints promptly, ensuring high service quality, and maintaining a welcoming workplace.
- Merchandising and Marketing: Implementing visual merchandising standards, promotions, and displays as per brand guidelines.
- Financial Management: Preparing reports on sales, managing budgets, and controlling operational costs
