STORE MANAGER – HOME FURNISHING Company: Chaitra Blinds Home Furnishing Location: Hyderabad Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 2+ Years preferred We are looking for a responsible, energetic and experienced Store Manager to manage our Home Furnishing showroom and daily operations.

The Store

Manager will be responsible for customer handling, sales, store management, staff management, orders, accounts coordination, CRM, installation planning and overall showroom development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Handle walk-in customers and client enquiries • Understand customer requirements and explain suitable products • Handle sales, quotations and customer follow-ups • Achieve monthly sales targets • Maintain customer, enquiry, quotation and order data • Manage CRM and update customer information regularly • Handle orders from enquiry to completion • Coordinate measurements, quotations, orders and payments • Plan and schedule installations and site visits • Coordinate with installation workers and teams • Monitor installation quality and completion • Handle customer complaints and after-sales service • Collect customer feedback and reviews • Manage showroom opening, closing, cleanliness and presentation • Maintain stock and material records • Coordinate with suppliers and material purchases • Maintain sales, expenses,



payments and basic accounts records • Follow up on pending payments and outstanding orders • Manage and supervise sales staff and workers • Allocate daily work and monitor employee performance • Maintain daily, weekly and monthly reports • Ensure all customer orders are completed correctly and on time • Take responsibility for store development and improving sales • Improve customer experience and showroom presentation • Coordinate with management regarding sales, targets and business development • Handle overall day-to-day showroom operations REQUIRED SKILLS • Positive communication and customer handling skills • Good sales and negotiation skills • Basic knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets • CRM and data management knowledge • Basic accounts and billing knowledge • Team management and coordination skills • Good problem-solving ability • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities • Responsible, punctual and target-oriented • Home furnishing or interior industry experience is an advantage IDEAL CANDIDATE We are looking for someone who can take complete responsibility for the showroom and manage the entire process smoothly: Customer Enquiry → Measurement → Quotation → Order → Production → Installation → Payment → Feedback SALARY Salary will be based on experience and performance.
