Job Summary The Store Manager is responsible for managing all store operations, including inventory control, material receipt, storage, issuance, stock verification, and maintaining accurate records. The role ensures smooth material flow and proper stock management to support business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials.
- Issue materials as per approved requisitions.
- Maintain inventory records in ERP/software and physical registers.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate purchase requisitions when required.
- Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification.
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies and maintain stock accuracy.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, accounts, and logistics teams.
- Maintain proper documentation of GRN, challans, invoices, and delivery notes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Manage and supervise store staff.
Required Qualifications
- BSc/Diploma / ITI in any discipline.
- Fresher and experience also apply.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, MS Excel, and inventory software.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
