Wallmaax Paints Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and effective Store Keeper cum Dispatch Executive for our Pattimattom Factory.

The candidate will be responsible for managing store activities, stock records, billing, dispatch coordination, and ensuring timely movement of materials and finished goods.

Job Responsibilities

- Maintain proper stock records of raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods.
- Handle inward and outward material entries accurately.
- Prepare bills, invoices, delivery notes, and other dispatch-related documents.
- Manage billing and stock entries using Tally.
- Coordinate with production, sales, and accounts teams for dispatch and billing activities.
- Ensure proper packing, loading, and timely dispatch of products.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
- Coordinate with transporters and logistics teams for smooth delivery.




- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the store area.
- Follow company procedures for inventory, billing, and dispatch management.

Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in storekeeping, dispatch, billing, or inventory management is preferred.
- Tally knowledge is mandatory.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain stock and billing records accurately.
- Candidates from nearby locations will be preferred.
- Experience in paint, manufacturing, or FMCG industry will be an added advantage.
