⏳ Experience: 2–3 Years

? Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate

? Team Handling Experience: Mandatory

? Preferred Joiner: Immediate to Max 15 Days

Key Responsibilities

✔ Manage day-to-day store operations and overall store performance

✔ Monitor store metrics such as On-Time Delivery (OTD), write-offs, customer complaints, and attrition

✔ Analyze reports and implement corrective actions to improve operational performance

✔ Ensure timely execution of GRN, PRN, cycle count, FEFO, and inventory processes

✔ Maintain store SOP compliance and operational efficiency

✔ Track live dashboards and resolve operational bottlenecks

✔ Prepare staff rosters and manage team attendance

✔ Supervise, coach, and guide store team members

✔ Drive discipline,
