Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth material flow.
- Receive, inspect, identify, and properly store incoming materials.
- Maintain accurate GRN, stock records, material issue, and receipt documentation.
- Issue materials to production and other departments based on authorized requirements.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile inventory.
- Maintain proper bin location, part identification, and material traceability.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials, components, consumables, and finished goods.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, PPC, QA, and Accounts for material requirements and discrepancies.
- Identify slow-moving, excess, and obsolete materials and report to management.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S practices within the store.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports as required.




- Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety requirements.
- Supervise store assistants/helpers and allocate daily activities.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Inventory Management & Store Management.
- Knowledge of ERP / Inventory Management Software.
- Valuable understanding of GRN, material issue/receipt, stock reconciliation, and documentation.
- Knowledge of engineering components, raw materials, fasteners, consumables, and spare parts will be an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
