Role Description:

The Store Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru, responsible for managing day-to-day store operations at Param Foundation centers. This includes welcoming visitors, explaining products and exhibits, handling inquiries, and providing a positive, informative experience aligned with the Foundation’s mission. The role involves managing inventory, organizing merchandise, maintaining accurate records of stock and sales,



and ensuring the store is clean, well-presented, and compliant with internal processes.

The Store

Executive will process transactions, support basic sales activities, and coordinate with program and center teams to ensure materials and products are available for events and activities. The role also includes gathering visitor feedback, assisting with promotional initiatives, and contributing to a welcoming, inclusive environment for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

● Oversee inventory records through periodic audits, stock reconciliation, and digital updates

● Ensure timely restocking and coordination across platforms and museum outlets

● Maintain packaging quality, branding standards, and dispatch efficiency

● Liaise with vendors, logistics partners, and internal production teams for inbound and outbound stock movement

● Track and process returns including RTO and RTV cases

● Supervise Unicommerce or similar order sync tools and maintain payment and invoice records through platforms like Zoho

● Support product lifecycle management by coordinating with marketing and design teams for product launches and bulk orders
