Aera Gas Control Systems Pvt. Ltd. is an IATF 16949 certified automotive component manufacturer specializing in pneumatic, hydraulic and electro-mechanical control systems. We supply innovative engineered products to leading OEMs and Tier-1 automotive customers.
We are looking for a sincere, energetic and disciplined Executive Store & Dispatch to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive incoming materials from suppliers and verify them against Purchase Orders.
- Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and Goods Rejection Memos.
- Verify Delivery Challans and vendor documents.
- Store materials safely using proper identification and storage practices.
- Maintain accurate records of material receipts and issues.
- Issue materials to production as per approved requisitions.
- Coordinate dispatch of finished goods.
- Arrange transportation and coordinate with transporters.
- Maintain inventory records and stock accuracy.
- Ensure FIFO implementation and proper material traceability.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety and discipline in the stores area.
- Support day-to-day store and dispatch operations.
Candidate Profile
- Any Graduate (Freshers are welcome to apply).
- its good if you have year of experience in Stores, Dispatch, Warehouse or Inventory Management but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of Tally Prime is mandatory.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and store operations.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.
