We are seeking a highly motivated Storage Infrastructure Engineer to join the

GETS Storage team in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for driving the strategy, design, implementation, automation, and operational excellence of

ADP's enterprise storage and data protection ecosystem. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and evolving large-scale storage platforms,

backup solutions, storage networking, and cloud-integrated infrastructure supporting critical business applications. The engineer will provide technical leadership in the deployment, migration, optimization, and support of enterprise storage technologies including Dell EMC PowerMax, Pure Storage, SAN environments, and backup platforms. The role requires hands-on expertise in storage replication, virtualization, automation, performance analysis, and infrastructure modernization initiatives.

As part of a globally distributed team operating in a 24x7 environment, the individual will collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, network, security, and application teams to deliver resilient, scalable, and secure storage solutions. The position also contributes to defining technology standards, architectural roadmaps, governance frameworks,

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess 5-8+ years of experience in enterprise storage, backup, and infrastructure technologies, with demonstrated expertise in designing, implementing, and supporting large-scale storage environments.

Candidates should have robust hands-on experience with Dell EMC PowerMax, Pure

Storage platforms, SAN technologies, Cisco and Brocade SAN switches, storage replication, migration methodologies, and storage/server virtualization technologies.

Experience with backup and data protection solutions is required.

The candidate should be proficient in troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues, performing performance analysis, and implementing high-availability and disaster recovery solutions. Working knowledge of scripting and command-line tools for automation and operational efficiency is expected. Exposure to AWS and

Azure cloud platforms, infrastructure automation, monitoring solutions, and software-defined infrastructure concepts is highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate a strong understanding of storage networking protocols, architecture design principles, governance standards, and infrastructure lifecycle management. In addition to technical expertise, the role requires excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Candidates must be able to work effectively across cross-functional teams, lead technical initiatives, influence infrastructure strategy, and support a 24x7 operational model. Relevant industry certifications in storage, cloud, or infrastructure technologies will be considered an advantage.
