Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse (M/F) to provide high-quality patient care. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring patient health, assisting doctors, administering medications, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment for patients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct nursing care to patients as per clinical protocols
- Monitor and record vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, etc.)
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed by doctors
- Assist doctors during procedures and examinations
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing notes
- Handle emergency situations efficiently
- Ensure infection control practices and hygiene standards
- Educate patients and attendants about treatment and care plans
- Coordinate with doctors, technicians, and other staff
- Maintain discipline and professional behavior within the hospital

Eligibility Criteria:





- Qualification: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing
- Registration: Valid Nursing Council Registration
- Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers can also apply)
- Preferred: Experience in IPD, ICU, or Emergency

Required Skills:

- Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
- Patient care and empathy
- Ability to work in shifts
- Basic computer knowledge
- Teamwork and coordination

Working Conditions:

- Rotational shifts (Day/Night)
- Weekly off as per hospital policy
- Duty in wards, ICU, or emergency as required
