As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Business Analyst – Enterprise SaaS Solutions who enjoys understanding business problems, designing scalable solutions, and working directly with enterprise customers.
This is not a documentation-only Business Analyst role. We are looking for someone who can think from the customer's perspective, engage with stakeholders, translate business needs into product solutions, and work closely with Product and Engineering teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Do
Understand Customer Needs
Conduct discovery workshops and requirement gathering sessions with enterprise customers.
Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation using Zeapl.ai products.




Document Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), User Stories, Use Cases and Acceptance Criteria.
Create process flows, workflow diagrams and wireframes wherever required.
Design Scalable Solutions
Translate business requirements into transparent functional specifications for Product and Engineering teams.
Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to design scalable and practical solutions.
Identify functional gaps, implementation dependencies and project risks.
Recommend best practices and product configurations aligned with customer objectives.
Drive Successful Implementations
Work closely with Engineering, Delivery, Customer Success and Implementation teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Participate in sprint planning, requirement clarification and solution walkthroughs.
Validate delivered functionality against business requirements.
Support User Acceptance
