About The Role

As a Benefits Broker Sr Manager / Manager, you will drive the global commercial strategy across benefits renewals, broker partnerships and vendor ecosystems. You will lead initiatives that optimize pricing, funding models and supplier performance while identifying innovation opportunities that improve business outcomes and employee experience. This role combines commercial acumen, market intelligence and strategic stakeholder engagement to strengthen healthcare, risk and retirement benefit programs. Success is measured through cost optimization, enhanced renewal outcomes, effective broker governance and a future-ready benefits ecosystem.





What You Will Be Doing

Develop and execute global commercial strategies for perks renewals, broker relationships and vendor partnerships
Lead broker selection, governance, performance management and transition activities where applicable
Analyze market trends, benchmarking data and AI-driven insights to optimize pricing and improve renewal outcomes
Drive supplier innovation and conduct ongoing market scans to identify emerging opportunities and risks
Build and evaluate cost models, funding strategies and commercial recommendations supporting benefit programs
Partner with Finance, Legal, Tax, Operations, Communications and country stakeholders to align commercial decisions with governance requirements
Establish and maintain performance metrics to assess broker and supplier value, effectiveness and service quality
Connect commercial decisions to product design, employee experience object
