Certification:
VMware VCP-DCV Design or VCAP-DCV Deploy
ITIL Foundation/ ITIL 4 Managing Professional or equivalent
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (helpful for hybrid operating model)

Must-Have:
Solid expertise in VMware vSphere (ESXi, vCenter) versions 6.x/7.x/8.x.
Hands-on experience with VMware HA, DRS, vMotion, Storage vMotion, and Distributed Switches.
Experience in VMware infrastructure upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management.
Strong knowledge of SAN/NAS storage technologies and datastore management.
Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions such as Veeam, Commvault, or SRM
Good understanding of Windows and Linux server administration.




Knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, and DHCP.
Experience in troubleshooting complex virtualization issues in production environments.
Hands-on experience in administering and troubleshooting Cisco UCS environments.
Strong knowledge of Cisco UCS Manager, Fabric Interconnects, Chassis, and Blade Servers.
Experience with UCS Service Profiles, Templates, Pools, and Policies.
Familiarity with Cisco UCS Central/Intersight administration and monitoring.
Experience in firmware upgrades, patch management, and UCS infrastructure maintenance.
Experience performing health checks, capacity planning, and root cause analysis for UCS infrastructure.
Ability to coordinate with server, storage, and network teams for infrastructure-related activities.
Hands-on experience with PowerCLI/PowerShell automation and scripting.
Familiarity with ITIL processes, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Man
