The Opportunity

Varaha sells carbon removal to Google, Microsoft, and some of the most demanding corporate buyers in the world. A normal week brings buyer proposals, hundred-question diligence packs, pricing requests, contract turns, and data requests from ratings agencies, across time zones from San Francisco to Tokyo.

You own how quick and how well we respond.

This is the seat closest to the Chief Commercial Officer.



You draft buyer responses, build the analysis behind pricing and deal decisions, and pull answers out of every other team. It is a hands-on job with real deadlines attached to real money.

We are looking for someone hungry. The kind of person who gets restless when things move slowly, takes work off other people's desks without being asked, and treats an unanswered question as a personal problem.

In return you learn this market faster than any other seat can teach it. You watch deals with the largest carbon buyers in the world get priced, structured, and negotiated, and the CCO invests directly in your development. How much you get out of this role depends on how much you can carry.
