Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and performance-driven Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our digital marketing strategy across multiple channels. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in B2B IT Services marketing, demand generation, SEO, paid advertising, marketing automation, content marketing, analytics, and lead nurturing. This role will directly contribute to brand awareness, website traffic, qualified lead generation, pipeline growth, and revenue generation for North American and global markets.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Strategy:

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.




Create annual and quarterly marketing plans. Manage end-to-end digital campaigns targeting enterprise clients.
Drive demand generation and lead acquisition.

Search Engine Optimization(SEO)

Perform keyword research focused on Salesforce, CRM, AI, Cloud, and IT Consulting services.
Improve organic rankings across search engines.
Conduct technical SEO audits and website optimization.
Build high-quality backlinks and improve domain authority.
Optimize website content using SEO best practices.

Paid Advertising (PPC)

Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns. Manage LinkedIn Ads for B2B lead generation.
Execute Meta advertising campaigns where applicable. Optimize campaigns based on Cost per Lead (CPL), Cost per Acquisition (CPA), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and conversion rates.
