To enhance and protect the organization's reputation through effective corporate communications, media relations, digital engagement, and stakeholder communication. The role is responsible for executing integrated communication strategies, managing content across media and digital platforms, supporting brand visibility, and providing communication support to senior leadership, including crisis and executive communications.

Accountabilities

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Key Performance Indicators

Media Relations: (English and Marathi media – regional)

Build and nurture robust relationships with local media in region – Nagpur and Mumbai (print, electronic, digital).
Draft, translate, and localize press releases, statements, and communication materials in English and Marathi.
Act as the primary spokesperson for the regional media queries, ensuring accurate and timely responses
Liaise with agencies and other partners to maximize positive visibility in the region




Foster strong relationships to ensure consistent messaging and information flow.

Strategic Content & Communication Execution

Implement approved media strategies and campaigns, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather accurate information and craft compelling narratives in Marathi and English.
Draft, review, and edit press releases, articles, speeches, and social media content in Marathi.
Ensure all communication is culturally relevant, accurate, and aligned with brand guidelines.

Media Relations:

Regular media visits to strengthen relationships, especially with reporters, correspondents, and news desks.
Constant networking

Intelligence gathering for negative reporting and crisis mitigation

Media Event Management

Organize and coordinate press conferences, media briefings, and interviews
Ensure seamless logistics, timely dissemination of informa
