We are looking for an experienced, data-driven, and highly analytical Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital acquisition and growth initiatives. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and have successfully scaled performance marketing campaigns within high-growth EdTech, consumer technology, e-commerce, or D2C businesses.

Key Responsibilities
• Own the end-to-end strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting of paid digital marketing campaigns.
• Drive customer acquisition, improve lead quality, optimize conversion rates, and maximize return on investment.




• Manage large-scale campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and other relevant channels.
• Leverage analytics, audience insights, attribution models, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
• Partner closely with product, creative, sales, and business teams to drive sustainable revenue growth.
What We're Looking For
• Proven experience in performance marketing within EdTech, consumer technology, e-commerce, or D2C organizations.
• Solid expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
• Deep understanding of digital consumer behaviour, customer acquisition funnels, and performance reporting.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and stakeholder management skills.
• A highly driven individual who takes ownership and consistently delivers measurable business outcomes.
