Job Overview
The Program Support role at GCC India provides essential administrative and operational assistance to various programs, ensuring smooth execution and effective coordination. This position is critical for maintaining organized program workflows and supporting program teams.

Responsibilities
Assist program managers with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and drafting meeting minutes.
Coordinate logistics for program-related events, workshops, and training sessions, including venue booking, catering, and materials preparation.




Maintain and update program documentation, databases, and filing systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
Process and track program-related expenses, invoices, and purchase orders in compliance with company policies.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to gather information, provide updates, and resolve basic inquiries.
Support the creation of reports, presentations, and other program collateral using various software applications.
Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, photocopying, and managing office supplies for the program team.
Assist in onboarding new program staff by providing necessary resources and information.
Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
