Senior Manager – Partnership Tax Compliance (Operating Partnerships, Real Estate & Private Equity)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Partnership Tax Compliance to lead the delivery of partnership tax compliance and advisory services for clients in the Operating Partnerships, Real Estate,



and Private Equity sectors. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in U.S. partnership taxation, including reviewing complex partnership tax returns, tax provisions, taxable income calculations, and managing multi-jurisdictional compliance. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to build trusted client relationships while mentoring high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end partnership tax compliance engagements for clients across Operating Partnerships, Real Estate, and Private Equity industries.
Review complex Federal, State, and Local Partnership Tax Returns (Forms 1065 and related schedules), ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with applicable tax laws.
Review and oversee the preparation of taxable income calculations, book-to-tax adjustments, and partnership allocations.
