What you’ll do:
Partner with business stakeholders to identify, frame, and prioritize AI use cases aligned to measurable business value linked to experience outcomes
Map current-state and future-state business processes, identifying opportunities for AI-enabled workflow redesign, automation, decision support, and experience improvement.
Assess feasibility of AI opportunities in partnership with technology, data science, architecture, and delivery teams.
Quantify expected value, benefits, risks, and operational impact through business cases and basic financial modeling.
